create a sport website

It is my goal for our school club to have a face in the internet and through this, we all voted to create and sports website. You see our club is actually football club and somehow, football in our school is like a very revered sport for we have produced some real good players from our rosters in the past who went on to be national players and such and somehow it has helped inspire many generations after of footballers to come in here to play and train while in their earlier years and this fueled the club even more to develop from a simple club to a really recognized organization within the school system. I being one of the seniors who will be graduating out at the end of the school year and my fellow seniors have decided we wanted to do something different for our club and so in the end, votes cast ended up with the option to create a sport website which I also think is a good way to make us known through the net and also help promote it into our past alumnuses the programs, what is happening in their old alma mater and even have some profiles of past players who made it big and a even for those past members and what have become of them after graduating. This is some sort of an information site also about football and events and even a forums which will certainly help keep members active as they can discuss issues, news or even concerns in here and they can keep their identities intact without anyone knowing them if they want to. The only thing we need to do now is to create the main page and have a host ready but this will not be a problem as even our very own computer club in school have volunteered their services in this matter and will aim to develop this site in conjunction with our club. I am really amazed at the support of people from all over school in this matter and in fact, they say it is a great way to acknowledge the club and even other groups are thinking of starting one themselves, thanks to the inspiration of our project. Now all that is left is to finally finish the site and post it in the web and then we will see how the traffic goes in this site to gauge it’s success.
